Each service is performed in-house by certified technicians using state-of-the-art CNC machinery and automated processing lines.
Custom Glass Cutting
Computer-controlled CNC cutting tables deliver millimetre-accurate dimensions on sheets up to 6m x 3.2m. We handle everything from single replacement panes to large-scale commercial batch orders with consistent repeatability.
Sandblasting
Decorative and functional sandblasted finishes applied with automated blast cabinets for uniform texture depth. Ideal for privacy screens, branding panels, and architectural feature walls requiring controlled light diffusion.
Glass Polishing & Finishing
High-gloss polished edges and arris finishing for exposed glass installations. Our automated polishing lines handle straight, pencil, and OG profiles on thicknesses from 4mm to 25mm with mirror-grade clarity.
Beveling & Borders
Decorative bevelled edges and border beveling for mirrors, tabletops, and custom feature glass. Our diamond-wheel beveling equipment produces consistent 15 degrees to 45 degrees angles with chip-free polished faces.
Drilling Holes & Slots
Precision CNC drilling for hardware fittings, structural balustrades, shower screens, and custom accessories. We drill diameters from 4mm to 80mm with countersinking and edge chamfering as required.
Cut-Outs & Modifications
Accurate cut-outs for hinges, fittings, structural sockets, and specialized modifications including pet access cat flaps. Waterjet and CNC routing ensure clean internal corners and exact tolerances.
Safety Toughening
Thermal toughening to SANS 1263-1 standards, producing safety glass with 4 to 5 times impact resistance. Our horizontal tempering furnace processes clear, tinted, and Low-E coated glass up to 12mm thickness.
Radius Corners
Smooth, structurally rounded corners finished to improve safety and edge aesthetics. We produce radii from 5mm to 300mm on any glass thickness, with polished or seamed edges to specification.
